Spam Musubi packaged and laid out for sale at 80 F, product is cooked rice and spam. As per person in charge he is unaware that they are using time as control. As per person in charge observed store manager make spam musubi at 1:30 pm. Product is marked with "Monday 5 pm." Reviewed time as control with person in charge. He wrote up a time as control policy for the spam product at inspection. He reviewed with incoming employee product must be discarded at 5 pm.
