Requested all ROP fish be removed from ROP packaging at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The PIC stated they ordered pasteurized eggs and were provided unpasteurized eggs. Pasteurized eggs are available onsite and will be used for HSP side of establishment.

Cheese tortellini pasta salad and cut melons tightly sealed in plastic containers with an internal temperature 43*F-45*F. Per person in charge foods were prepared within one hour prior to inspection.
