Discussed with person in charge (PIC) all fixed equipment that is not easily moved to be cleaned shall be sealed with caulking to create a smooth and cleanable surface to prevent the accumulation of contaminants. Discussed to clean and reseal the hand wash sinks, water wells, ice well, garbage well and above the freezer. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
