The PIC had bleach on hand. Advised PIC that a bleach solution must be used to clean up bodily fluids. Provided the PIC with the county's clean up procedures via email.

Observed black organic matter inside the ice shoot at the self-service drink station. Advised PIC to frequently clean ice machine to prevent build up. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Hand sink in the back of the establishment is spraying water towards the user when faucet is turned on. Informed PIC of the sink spraying water. PIC informed me that there is a ticket in to repair it. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
