The handwashing sink was being used as storage for laundry and cleaning items, as well as being blocked in the front. Sink was empited and cleared at the time of inspection. Discussed need to keep the sink clear at all times along with public health risks with the Person in Charge (PIC). Ensure all handwashing sink basins and surrounding area remain completely free of objects so the sink is always easily accessible and available for use. PIC stated there is a work order in to repair this issue. Establishment is currently heating water in an electric kettle to use in ware washing sink for temporary corrective action. Ensure this violation is corrected and hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food establishment before the reinspection on Tuesday, January 30th.
