Inspector's notes

In refrigerated grab and go case/44.4F, observed TCS food holding over 41F including various bean, beef, egg burritos/53F, chicken salad and lunch meat sandwiches/51F, hard boiled eggs/51F, various cheesewich snacks/45-57F, ham lunchables/51F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. The TCS foods were out of temperature for an undetermined amount of time. Repair the unit prior to refilling it with TCS foods. All TCS foods improperly cold held were voluntarily discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Ice bagged in the facility lack manufacturer's name and location on the bags.
