Management was advised that, when the existing refrigerator requires replacement, it must be replaced with an approved commercial-grade reach-in refrigerator suitable for food service operations. | The drainpipe of the mop sink located outside was observed to be disconnected. PIC reconnected the drainpipe at the time of inspection. PIC was advised to routinely monitor the drainpipe and fittings for loosening or disconnection to prevent wastewater from spilling onto the ground.
