Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed that if establishment wishes to connect chemical box directly to mop sink faucet equipped with an Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker, chemical box must be equipped with ASSE 1055A backflow prevention device (true air gap). Or equipped with another approved, testable backflow prevention device. Label on side of chemical box onsite did not specify the type of ASSE 1055 in unit and PIC was unable to remove cover. Violations could occur in the future if approved backflow prevention device is not installed.
