Inspector's notes
During the inspection observed two holes in the wall located in the dry storage room. In a second instance observed the door frames of the walk in freezer to be in disrepair. Per the person in charge a work order will be submitted to address both items. Please ensure to maintain the physical facility in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
