Observed a can of pesticide in the establishment. Discussed with person in charge that pesticide should only be applied by a licensed and certified pesticide applicator. The person in charge removed the can of pesticide from the premises. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Did not observe chlorine sanitizer testing strips available for the chlorine sanitizer. Discussed with person in charge to acquire sanitizer testing strips prior to re-inspection. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. A re-inspection will occur within 10 days or no later than May 7th, 2026. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
