Observed half and half and coffee creamer in the dispensing machine with internal temperatures of 58-60*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to manager, dispensing machine had been unplugged for an unknown amount of time, and creamers had been in machine for more than 1 day. Creamers were discarded at time of inspection. All TCS foods must maintain internal temperatures of 41*F and below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
