Observed missing electrical panels behind each urinal and toilet in men's and women's restroom. Observed alcohol shooter cap in one of these. Discussed with person in charge importance of keeping walls smooth and cleanable to prevent garbage collection and items being shoved inside the walls. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
