Inspector's notes

Observed strainers in the hand wash sink at the main bar and the bar in the parlor room. All hand sinks need to be clear, clean, and ready to use at all times during operation. The person in charge (PIC) cleared the sinks at time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sinks for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Observed (3) spray bottles with cleaner in them that did not have a label. All cleaners and chemicals need a label to reduce risk of chemical contamination. Person in charge (PIC) used a marker to re-write the names on the containers at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Addl Notes: Observed a gallon-size container of pest control fluid for drain/flies behind the main bar. Person in charge (PIC) removed the pest control from the premises at time of inspection. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
