Observed in-use utensils being stored in sanitizer water. Discussed in-use utensils being stored in hot water at 135*F and above, or dry and washed, rinsed, and sanitized every four hours. Utensils were removed and placed in hot water at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
