Inspector's notes

Observed dried food debris inside the basins of both designated hand sinks, located on the make line and in the food prep area next to the manager's desk. Discussed the importance of maintaining all had sinks free from obstructions and available for hand washing with PIC. Ensure no dumping occurs within designated hand sinks. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
