Inspector's notes

Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Cold cut meats stacked above the proper fill level in a pan in the cold well at 48*F internally. Manager stated meats had been held as such about one half hour. All other TCS foods in the unit were properly cold. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection.
