The person in charge provided most recent pest control reports from 7/4/26 with statement of bees/wasp nest being treated on roof. At the time of inspection, a repair company was actively working on filling holes and gaps in the walls/ceilings. Discussed with PIC prompt removal of honey syrup on tables, seats, floors, walls, and ceilings to reduce the attraction of other pests. No pest activity was observed in restaurant at the time of inspection.

Core-3-304.12 , C: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage-ice scoops stored atop ice machine roof. PIC had the main scoop cleaned and placed in the scoop holding while the other scoop was placed in long term storage as it is not regularly used. Scoops stored in water with internal temperature 121*F. PIC changed the water out with hot water over 135*F and placed new scoops in the hot well.
