No test strips were observed on site at time of inspection. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Spoke with PIC about ordering chlorine test strips to use with on-site bleach sanitizer. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed soda syrup spill under soda storage rack in back of kitchen near three compartment sink, discussed with person in charge importance of maintaining facilities. Advised PIC to maintain soda syrup area free of spills to avoid pests. Clean spill. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
