Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Establishment is receiving breakfast burritos from Morning Jam, who does not have a food processor permit. Instructed management of The Buzzed Goat to ensure they stop receiving burritos from Morning Jam until they are properly permitted with a food processor permit. //// Establishment's new food prep area has black FRP and black, absorbent ceiling tiles. Instructed them to ensure that there is sufficient lighting to ensure that the areas are kept clean, especially with black FRP. The ceiling tiles are absorbent and must be replaced to non-absorbent tiles. Per owner, tiles are already ordered. Please have them installed prior to next routine inspection. //// The new food prep area does not have a handwashing sink. If violations are observed, a handwashing sink will be required to be installed in that area. //// Ice maker is accessible to customers in the dining room. Per manager customers are not allowed to use the machine. Because it is accessible, employees must be monitoring it at all times to ensure no contamination from customers occurs.
