At time of inspection, no hand drying provision was directly accessible at the handwashing sink. A hand drying provision must be kept directly available at all times. At time of inspection, observed a can of raid insect killer on the back of the handwashing sink. In the basin of the handwashing sink was a bottle of raid insect killer. All pesticides must be applied by a certified pesticide applicator. Pesticides are not allowed to be stored on the premises. Raid bottle and can were removed from the premises.
