When separated, clean water was observed in between the pans and pooled on the underside of rim. Handwashing sinks must be maintained so accessible at all times, not used for other purposes than hand washing, and supplied with warm water, soap and paper towels. The cold brew will be served or discarded within 1 hour. Discussed the importance of maintaining cold food at 41F or less to limit pathogen growth and avoid causing foodborne illness.
