Observed can of raid insecticide spray underneath table in supply storage room. Per person in charge (PIC), raid can was used to kill small insects inside store. All pest control for the establishment shall be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control shall not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed 55.2°F ambient air temperature, per min/max thermometer, inside two-door cooler next to three-door freezer and walk-in cooler. Per PIC, the milk, eggs, and raw pork inside two-door cooler was stocked 20 minutes prior to inspection. Cold holding equipment shall have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. PIC moved milk, eggs, and raw pork to functioning walk-in cooler that maintains TCS foods at 41°F. Establishment shall repair two-door cooler such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below prior to re-inspection on 11/25/25. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed reach in refrigeration unit with an ambient temperature reaching a minimum of 50°F. TCS foods including cheese, milk, lunch meats, raw bacon and yogurt had an internal temperature between 48-53°F (see embargo for weights). Per employee, all food had been stored for greater than 4 hours. All food was voluntarily discarded by establishment during the time of inspection. Refrigeration unit shall not be used for storage of TCS food until repair can be made. Ensure all TCS food that is being cold held must maintain an internal temperature <41°F.
