Staff provided phone number for manager, upon calling, manager did not exhibit knowledge about CFPM. Staff do not have food handler updated food handlers. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation and staff handing ready to eat food to have food handlers. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
