In the back room reach in, observed an open package of hot dogs with a date mark of 10/20, an open container of cheddarwurst with a date mark of 10/20, two open boxes of corn dogs with a date mark of 10/25, and an open container of burger patties with a date mark of 10/29. Person in charge stated items were opened the morning prior. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1).
