Observed a leak from the hand sink drain line under the hand sink across from the warewashing area. Also observed a steady leak from the cook like food prep sink faucet when turned off. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Black Beans, Brown Beans transferred from walk in cooler to stove and allowed to sit on stove without immediate reheating process per code required. Internal temperature of the beans probed at 68*F. Per PiC, staff had forgotten to turn on the heat at the stove. PiC retrained staff to reheat to 165* F per code and company's policy at time of inspection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
