Observed lack of test strips by 3-compartment strips. Upon request for strips, PIC provided unmarked and expired test strips. All provided strips were in disrepair. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection on 11/14/24. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Edit on 11/14/24: Upon reinspection, facility still had no test strips. This is a second consecutive violation of 4-302.14. A pattern of non-compliance has been noted for 4-302.14.
