Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed during my visit various powders of: blue spirulina, green spirulina, collagen peptides, wheat grass, bee pollen, whey protein, and vegan protein (recently changed from one variety to another). Predefined Comment: Any substance(s) added to food must be GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) and/or used consistent with all legal requirements. The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that their menu items comply. Education was provided on the addition of food additives and dietary supplements during the inspection. Inspector's notes

Observed 0 ppm quat sanitizer at 3 compartment sink and at sanitizer buckets. Employee was sanitizing dishes with the sanitizer water at the 3 compartment sink. It was immediately tested at 0 ppm quat. Talked to staff about dishwashing policy. Manager refilled the sanitizer basin and was set at 200 ppm. Would recommend changing water out more often, and checking to ensure equipment is dispensing correctly. Ensure there is 150-400 ppm quat at sanitizer basin, and sanitizer buckets at all time. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
