At time of inspection observed pork vegetable egg rolls/ 76 °F and southwest chicken tornados/73 °F on hot holding rollers. After discussion with the staff it was determined that the hot holding rollers were not turned on prior to use. The time the foods were reheated/prepared were not known. The prep logs did not include start time/temperature for the eggrolls and tornados. The egg rolls and taquitos were discarded at time of inspection.
