Inspector's notes
At time of inspection, observed 4 boxes of butter being stored at room temperature. Per PIC they have been at room temperature for at least 4 hours but it is presumed that they have been there since they arrived, yesterday. All butter was between 54*F and 68*F. Butter was embargoed. All butter must be stored at 41*F or below.
