Observed egg wash in a bowl on the prep table by the window and rice in the roll dispensing unit both on time as control for the last 2 hours. Neither of these foods had proper labeling. Manager time stamped both products. All products on time control must have a 4 hour time stamp as per procedures. Please ensure that these items always have a time stamp if placed on time control.
