Per manager, there is a broken compressor and they are waiting on parts; repairs should occur within the week. Manager will continue to ensure no storage of any cold TCS foods in cooler until unit has been serviced and maintains 41°F or below. Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Must repair cold holding equipment such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below.
