Observed no hot water under pressure at the hand washing sink at the bar. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Reviewed handwashing requirements with person in charge (PIC) at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 7/7.

Dishwasher was primed and ran the machine additional times; no chlorine was observed from any of the runs. Establishment instructed not to use dish washer until it has a measure chlorine concentration of 50-100 ppm. Establishment agreed to use 3-compartment sink in the kitchen downstairs in meantime. Shut off valves may not be connected downstream from an AVB as contamination could occur. Remove shut off valve prior to re-inspection on 10/3/2023. Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained - Observed leak at the handwashing sink at the bar. Observed leak at the faucet of the mop sink when turned on. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage - Observed drain for dish machine spraying gray water onto service line floor when dish machine is in active use. Observed water pooling onto the floor from the pipe of the dish machine in the bar and through the wall of the bar into customer space on other side of bar, as well as into dry storage area. Establishment discontinued use of the dish machine at time of inspection (see #14). Clean bar, customer space, and dry storage floor thoroughly.
