Observed dust on fan guards in walk-in cooler, also observed debris on prep table next to mobile food prep line, and debris on small prep cooler next to cook line. Discussed increasing cleaning frequency. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
