Discussed with PIC obtaining covered trash receptacles for restrooms. Emailed PIC department guidance for the clean up of vomit and diarrheal events. Discussed with PIC cleaning frequency for tea dispensers shall be at least every 24 hours. Establishment does not have an approved Dog Friendly Patio permit with department. Inspector's notes

Observed cold holding prep line unit in kitchen holding TCS foods including cut lettuce, cut tomatoes, deli meats, as well as non-TCS foods. Temp of foods were observed to be 55-57*F. PIC was unaware of when the items were placed in the unit. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
