Observed hot dogs holding 110-130F. Employee stated that they were made 20 minutes prior. The unit was holding 141.9F, captured using inspector's min/max thermometer. The unit doors are opened at almost every customer order. Staff is not monitoring reheating temperatures of the hot dogs due to the lack of a probe thermometer in the establishment. TCS food items must be held at a temperature of at least 135F after being reheated for hot holding. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. ***1st REPEAT VIOLATION
