Observed hand sink near 3-compartment sink and the hand sink near the ice machine not readily accessible for proper hand washing. The hand sink at the ice machine was not stocked with paper towels and the basin of the hand sink near the 3-compartment sink was full of prepackaged foods. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
