No detectable chlorine (0 PPM) observed in final rinse of in use dish machine at time of inspection. Dish machine was drained, primed, and re-run multiple times. Chlorine concentration measured at 0 PPM each time. Chlorine sanitizer must be dispensed at 50-100 PPM. Establishment will utilize three compartments sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize food contact surfaces until the dish machine is serviced and maintains chlorine sanitizer concentration of 50-100 PPM. Person in charge made service call at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
