Observed no hand drying provisions for the hand wash sink located near the 3 compartment sink. PIC resupplied hand wash sink with some paper towels at time of inspection. Each handwashing sink must be provided with hand drying provisions at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Observed a dirty brush head, and a hose in the basin of the hand wash sink located at the near the 3 compartment sink. Per PIC, they do not use that sink only the one in the front. Informed the PIC that staff need to wash their hands when putting away clean and sanitized dishes, and the other hand wash sink is too far away. PIC removed the items from the hand wash sink. A handwashing sink must be maintained so that it is always accessible for employee use and may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed establishment without testing strips for quaternary ammonium. The establishment did have test strips for chlorine, but there was no chlorine on site at time of inspection. Proper test kit must be present to measure chemical sanitizer concentration for the sanitizer that is being used. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 3/30/2026.
