Observed chemical-sanitizer dishwasher in bar with 0 ppm chlorine in final rinse. Chlorine sanitizer must be present at a concentration of 50-100 ppm in final rinse. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Person in charge relocated warewashing to alternate functional dishwasher in back of establishment. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the mechanical dishwasher at the bar operate with 0ppm chlorine. The bartender stated the dishwasher had already been in use for the day. The sanitizer pump was run for a couple of cycles to clear the air in the sanitizer line until the dishwasher dispensed 50-100ppm chlorine. Observed no fly-tight container for pet waste in the patio area. Section B: A sign with at least 2 inch letters shall be posted at the front entrance of the Food Establishment so that it is easily visible to the public. The sign shall state: “Dog Friendly Patio - Dog Access Only through Outdoor Patio. For violations, contact MCESD (602) 506-6616.”Section D: All dog waste shall be placed in a fly-tight container located adjacent to the patio area and disposed of outside of the Food Establishment in an appropriately covered waste receptacle.
