Hand sink pulsating hot water, and unable to consistently run water at 100*F. Hot water at 100-108*F must be available at all times. Person in charge adjusted valve and hot water consistently ran for 20 seconds at 104*F. 5-202.12 (B-D) - Core: Handwashing Sinks, Installation; Faucet Approved/Installed. Observed gallon of milk at 48*F, being cooled in a beverage refrigerator. Cooling should be completed in units with the capacity designed to cool. Person in charge stated pitchers will be used for all services at all grades to prevent the need for cooling. 3-501.15 (B) - Core: Cooling Methods; Covered and Properly Arranged Containers.
