Observed products such as Herbalife herbal tea, collagen beauty booster and healthy meal (protein powder) at the establishment that contain ingredients that are not generally recognized as safe (GRAS). Discussed with person in charge that any supplements that contain ingredients that are not on the GRAS list can no longer be added to food by the establishment. Discussed with person in charge to consider single-use packets that are given directly to the consumer to be added to the food by the consumer. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
