Slicer with accumulation of food debris on blade. Per person in charge, slicer was not used today and stored as clean. Instructed employee to re-wash, rinse, and sanitize slicer. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
