Walk in cooler was attached to Walk in freezer, door was opened to walk in cooler and temperature lowered to 38.6*F while on site. Establishment to call repair company. In walk-in cooler a pot of soup measured an internal temperature of 51'F and a pot filled about halfway with marinara sauce measured an internal temperature of 50'F. Kitchen staff were uncertain of when items had been cooked and placed into walk-in cooler to cool but confirmed that it had not been within day. As items had not cooler properly they were embargoed. Cooked TCS foods must be cooled from 135°F to 70°F within 2 hours, and from 70°F to 41°F within 4 hours for a total of 6 hours for cooling. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
