Observed chicken, sprouts, a corn and cucumber salad with dressing mix, sliced cheese, raw salmon, raw chicken, and raw hamburger patties all in containers on ice at the time of inspection. Employee moved items to the walk in refrigerator to cool back to 41 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Items had been out about an hour. TCS foods shall be held cold at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
