Observed establishment with cracked and torn up floor tile as well as exposed ceiling exposing wires and pipes. Person in charge states that establishment is not in operation due to repairs and renovations. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
