Observed the uni-sex restroom for staff without a covered waste receptacle. Person in charge (PIC) stated none of the employee restrooms have covered waste receptacles. Discusses with PIC uni-sex and female toilet rooms requires a covered waste receptacle. Provide prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
