Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed the strong smell of sewage in the establishment with the manager in charge. The manager in charge stated that all sewage lines behind the suhi bar and restroom were already replaced by the business owner. Inspected the entire restaurant for backup sewage and did not find any backup overflowing.

Wastewater in the employee hand-wash sink is draining slowly in sushi bar. Do not use this sink until it's repaired. Use the other hand-wash sink in the sushi bar. Correct by next routine inspection.
