Discussed removing unapproved blanching pots from the establishment. Upon re-inspection, all violations due for correction have been corrected.

Observed the low temperature dishwasher with a chlorine concentration of 0 ppm. Also observed dishware inside of the dishwasher. Dishwasher was primed and was ran again. Chlorine concentration was then measured at 50 ppm. The dishes were re-sanitized through the dishwasher. Ensure chlorine concentration is between 50-100 ppm at all times. ***2nd Repeat Violation*** Observed an unapproved slicer in the back kitchen. An NSF/ANSI approved emblem was not seen on the equipment. The equipment has welds that are not seamless. Equipment is not smooth or easily cleanable. Establishment also has a blanching pot that is not approved, and the welding is not seamless. Per PIC these blanching pots are custom made. Remove equipment from the establishment and provide NSF/ANSI approved equipment. A condemned sticker was placed on the unapproved equipment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 7/27/2026.

Also observed another set of rice scoops in a well that had the running water turned off. PIC said it had been leaking after installing a new Coca-Cola machine. PIC turned it back on. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
