Observed an ambient air temperature of 51-53*F in the tall reach in cold holding unit next to the prep tables in the back area. Cold holing units holding time/temperature control for safety foods should be colder than 41*F to ensure the food is at least 41*F. PIC removed the eggs, butter, and milk from the fridge and placed into another cold holding unit. These food items had just been bought from the store. PIC will utilize the small cold holding unit and the walk-in freezer until the unit has been serviced by a technician. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
