Inspector's notes
Observed sliced, diced tomatoes and containers of Pico de Gallo in walkin cooler at 44*F. As per the person in charge staff noticed walk in cooler was " warmer" at approximately 10am. Repair company was on site at beginning of inspection. Ambient temperature at end of inspection observed to be 41*F (Max/Min Thermometer) Cold hold of food is to be 41*F or lower. Advised employees to check temperatures of food to ensure temperature drops to 41*F. Observed tornados on rolling cart in walk in cooler at 47*F. Cold Hold of food to be 41*F or lower. As per the person in charge the to tornatoes were brought out to retail floor to fill warmer. Due to temp in cooler and high temp of product tornados were embargoed and discarded. Other items in walk in cooler were within cold hold range. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
